This is a weekend Centering Prayer Retreat for Woman and Men Based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola and Lectio Divina.
In the monastic way of doing Lectio Divina, we listen to how God is addressing us in a particular text, especially scripture.
In a similar way, St. Ignatius of Loyola describes these sacred moments, inviting us to be aware of God’s presence and to see ourselves and others as God sees all of his creation – from the center out, rooted in unconditional love and acceptance.
Join us for a time away from ordinary time to share moments of rest and restoration.
The fee for the retreat is $240 for a double room and $280 for a private room. The fee includes all meals and materials. To register, contact Lynne Larson at 757-420-3825 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Spend the morning with Mary Ann Massey preparing for a prayerful Advent. The registration fee of $25 includes lunch following the retreat.
